The all-new Santa Chalet, presented by Tri Pointe Homes, brings the magic of the season to Downtown Summerlin. Located at the Macy’s Promenade, this enchanting holiday destination will be open daily from November 15 through December 24, giving families the opportunity to capture cherished memories with Santa Claus. The Santa Chalet offers a range of photo packages for purchase, so families can preserve these special holiday moments. With festive decorations and a cheerful atmosphere, the Santa Chalet is a perfect spot to kick off the holiday season.

In addition to regular visits, the Santa Chalet offers unique photo opportunities to accommodate all members of the family. On Tuesdays from November 19 through December 17, Santa welcomes furry friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. for pet photos, creating a fun and inclusive experience for pet lovers. The chalet also offers sensory-friendly visits by reservation, ensuring children with sensory conditions can enjoy a calm and comfortable visit with Santa. Kids visiting the Santa Chalet are invited to drop off letters to Santa in a dedicated mailbox. Adding a heartwarming touch to this tradition, Downtown Summerlin will donate $1 for every letter received to the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation, an organization that supports disadvantaged children with free shoes, socks, and essential items.
