Join the City of Henderson for a family-friendly celebration of Indigenous culture, heritage, and contributions at the Indigenous American Heritage Celebration 2025. This FREE public event honors the vibrant traditions of Native communities through live performances, traditional dance, storytelling, food, and artisan markets — all in downtown Henderson.

🎶 Entertainment Schedule

• 10:00 a.m.: Welcome & Land Acknowledgement
• 10:10 a.m.: Calpulli Tlatelolco – Danza Azteca
• 11:00 a.m.: Nuwu Wonumeeyah – Pow Wow Dancers & Round Dance
• 12:00 p.m.: Lane Parry – Flute Performance
• 1:00 p.m.: Sage Romero – Hoop Dance & Storytelling
• 2:00 p.m.: The Boyz – Southern Paiute Bird Singers

🛍️ Vendors & Attractions

• Native artisan market with paintings, beadwork, jewelry, and handcrafted goods
• Food trucks with Indigenous- and Mexican-inspired cuisine
• Interactive experiences, storytelling, and family-friendly educational activities

Plenty of free parking is available at:

• Water Street Garage – 235 S. Water St. (access via Texas Ave)
• City Hall Garage – 240 S. Water St.

No shuttle service provided — plan to arrive early for best access.
