In this thrilling Las Vegas premiere, dark sophistication meets Gothic intrigue. An extravagant and reimagined Brothers Grimm classic follows Hansel and Gretel through a treacherous realm ruled by a maniacal Ice Cream Witch. Unfolding in an intoxicating journey of magic and mischief. Drawing visual inspiration from 1930s black-and-white cinema and the physical comedy of Buster Keaton for one particular character, the production features exquisite costumes by Oscar winner Kate Hawley (Frankenstein, Crimson Peak, Pacific Rim). Through energetic choreography and spectacular projections, this sinister retelling breathes new life into a universal story of hardship, hope and the ultimate triumph of good over evil.
Attendees Under 18: Children aged 5 and up with a ticket can attend performances at The Smith Center. All patrons must have their own ticket, regardless of age. Patrons aged 16 or older may attend the performance without an accompanying adult with their parent’s or guardian’s permission.
