FIT4MOMS – STROLLER STRIDES CLASSES

Join FIT4MOM for Stroller Strides every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9 a.m. and every Thursday evening at 7 p.m.
Stroller Strides is an interactive fitness class that moms can do with their babies. The class includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and postnatal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. All instructors abide by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ recommendations for exercises. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom.
Body BOOST® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60 minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it. *All clients must pre enroll at least 4 hours prior to the start of class.
