Join Commissioner Justin Jones and the Clark High School Theater Department in the parking lot off Arville for a night of spooktacular fun that’s absolutely FREE! The event features a free Trunk or Treat with over 50 community partners, a DJ, a circus act, face painting, and much more.
For an extra thrill, head inside Clark High School where students will host a carnival, an escape room, and a haunted house. Tickets for these student-hosted events will be available for purchase at the block party.
