4th Annual Lunar New Year Celebration

Clark County is presenting the 4th Annual “Spring Festival,” a one-day festival celebrating the lunar new year, at the Desert Breeze Community Center, located at 8275 Spring Mountain Road, on Sunday, February 2, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Spring Festival, also known as the Lunar New Year, is observed in China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, South Korea, and other Asian countries. It celebrates the beginning of a new year on the lunisolar and solar calendars. Desert Breeze’s “Spring Festival” consists of various cultural performances, hands-on workshops, and activities. Vending opportunities for local businesses, arts and crafts, games for children, and tabling opportunities for cultural organizations will also be available.
