We are going back to our roots with the traditional first-come\, first-served model our long-time customers remember. \nJazz In the Park Series is produced by Clark County Parks & Recreation and Sponsored by Findlay Chevrolet\, 91.5 KUNV Jazz\, UNLV\, Champions of Casa\, Postmates and Because We Matter – Live Smoke & Vape Free. \nFEATURED ARTISTS:\nMay 9 : Mike Phillips\nMay 16 : Marcus Miller\nMay 23 : Jazz Funk Soul\nMay 30 : Kayla Waters\nJune 6 : Al Di Meola \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRULES and ETIQUETTE:\nVenue Access:\nParking Lots – 4:00 pm\nVenue – 4:00 pm\nDoors – 4:00 pm \n\nFree admission (first come first served model)\nNO Line queuing or Property access until 4pm\nAttendees with children:\n\nplease make sure they do not bring any wearables with wheels such as skates\, skateboard\, scooters\, bikes etc…\, remote controlled cars\, drones as they will not be allowed.\nKindly make sure they are not climbing on the pyramid.\n\n\n\nRestrooms \n\nThere will be port-a-potties onsite as well as plumbed restrooms in the pyramid\n\nSeating & Picnic Setup: \nLow-back beach chairs\, blankets and standard lawn chairs. \n\nBlankets shouldn’t take up more than a 5’x5’ area for up to 4 people.\nStandard lawn chairs MUST set up in the proper designated area which is behind the low back chairs lawn signs.\nLow back chairs are considered those chairs with the seat no more than 6” off the ground. Those chairs will be allowed in front of the lawn signs closest to the stage as they do not block people’s view sitting in the back.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLow back chair – Acceptable up front \n\n\n\n\nStandard Chair – Unacceptable for the front \n\n\n\n\n\n\nPicnics \n\nPicnic baskets and small coolers are allowed\n\nRTC Bus Drop Off \n\nThe Para Transit and On Demand bus stop inside the venue will be rerouted to the East side of the Premium Outlets as there will not be venue access until 4:00pm. After 4:00pm the bus stop will open.\n\nPROHIBITED ITEMS \n\nNo Pets\, Animals or Emotional Support Pets\nNo Weapons (i.e. Bats\, Sticks\, Clubs\, Knives\, Swords etc…)\nNo Firearms (regardless of permit)\nNo Video or Photo Equipment\nNo Drones\nNo Unauthorized Vending\nNo Selling Merchandise\nNo Soliciting Literature or Promotional Items\nNo Skateboards\, Hoverboards\, Roller Skates\, Inline Skates\, scooters\, bikes or anything of the sort.\nNo remote-controlled cars\nNo Squirt or Water Guns\nNo Smoking or Vaping on The Lawn\nNo Marijuana\nNo Bullhorns\nNO BBQ’s\, hot pots/plates propane\, gas\, wood\, briquettes or any type of cooking apparatus\n\nStatements: \nBe patient at the entrance gate there will not tolerate people pushing\, not following instruction\, yelling at staff or each other. We reserve the right to deny admission to any individual who exhibits abusive behavior toward our personnel. \nFor the safety and comfort of all guests\, particularly during periods of high temperatures\, we kindly request that attendees refrain from early arrivals.
