Donor members receive free admission.\n RSVP: Reservations are required. Tickets are sold online only in advance of the event. There will be no onsite ticket sales. Attendance capacity is limited.\n\nSprings Preserve member presale for tickets begins Jan. 9. Public on sale begins Jan. 16. \nPlease join us on Saturday\, Feb. 15th\, as we return to the Springs Preserve for the 16th annual Black History Month Festival. Commemorating the tremendous contributions of African-Americans to Southern Nevada’s rich history and culture\, this large\, family-friendly festival celebrates Black History through educational activities\, live music and dance performances\, arts and crafts\, historic photo exhibits\, and delicious\, authentic African-American cuisine. This year’s theme is “African Americans and Labor.” \nThe 16th annual Black History Month Festival will feature fun for the whole family: \n\nProminent speakers\nEducational activities\nLive music and dance performances\nArts & crafts and games for the kids\nAuthentic African-American cuisine\nCultural gift items for purchase\nHistoric Black Las Vegas photo exhibit\n\nAdmission to the 16th annual Black History Month Festival includes free entrance to the Springs Preserve’s museums and galleries\, including the Nevada State Museum. \nSprings Preserve members receive discounted or free admission to the event! Become a member today. \nPLEASE NOTE: Attendees will be subject to metal detector screening.
